Amco were invited to investigate and put forward recommendations to improve on the quality of mould tool and improve upon an expected late delivery performance of an incumbent supplier.
Our recommendations were taken on board and with enormous ‘ round the clock’ effort by all involved new tooling amendments were undertaken and a new material specification was drawn up and agreed by all parties.
