Amco was sent an initial design for a pallet racking base protector. We found we could considerably redesign the part. Instead of screwing two half’s together we designed a part that could slide together and apply a removable locking pin. Amco prototyped the part in house 3D printing that was approved. This is now being mass produced at Amco and is being used in the UK. From inspired design, prototyping and manufacture. All achieved in one location at Amco.
